AAA PRESENTS SSK WITH PRESTIGIOUS FOUR DIAMOND RATING
CLEARWATER BEACH, Fla. - (February 7, 2006) – In a state known for its hospitality and world-class accommodations, Sheraton Sand Key Resort has managed to repeatedly stand out. Recently recognized in London at the World Travel Market industry event, General Manager Russ Kimball received an award from British Airways Holidays for attaining the highest customer satisfaction score from a selection of more than 600 hotels and resorts worldwide.
The latest award bestowed on Sheraton Sand Key Resort accounts for their outstanding costumer loyalty and satisfaction. Sheraton Sand Key Resort has been awarded the prestigious AAA Four Diamond rating; an achievement less than three percent of nearly 30,000 AAA-approved properties have been able to attain and one that no other hotel on Clearwater Beach can claim.
A Four Diamond rating is based upon a process of rigorous and unannounced inspections; requiring properties to be “upscale in all areas. Accommodations are progressively more refined and stylish. The physical attributes reflect an obvious enhanced level of quality throughout. The fundamental hallmarks at this level include an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail.”
