From elegant restaurant dining to catered affairs, fine food is a priority. Voted by Chris Sherman from
the St. Petersburg Times as one of the top 30 Tampa Bay's Best restaurants, Rusty's casual elegance
offers international specialties, Florida favorites, fresh seafood, select beef and buffet varieties.
Chef John Harris creates fabulous food fusions on a nightly basis. Lighter fare can be found at the
Island Grille. Next to the pool, refreshing tropical drinks are offered at Turtle Bar and the Poolside
Cafe offers fresh sandwiches, salads and pizzas. BlueWater Provisions provides 24-hour service for snacks,
light food and beverages along with needed convenience items. The Mainstay Tavern is the ultimate
destination for meeting friends and relaxing. Cool drinks, fun entertainment, a challenging game of
billiards or darts, and a big screen television make it the natural gathering spot in the resort.
Poolside grilling, creative theme parties, beach events and black-tie affairs can be catered or

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS
Several challenging golf courses are within 10 minutes of the resort. The Belleair Country Club and
the Clearwater Country Club are two local favorites. Fishing and boat rentals are available at nearby
Pier 60 and Clearwater Marina. Visitors can also drive along the St. Petersburg Bay and visit the
Salvador Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts or the Florida International Museum. Children get a kick out
of visiting Great Explorations: the Hands on Museum. In addition, Busch Gardens is only a short 45
minutes away and Orlando attractions are 90 minutes east.

From intimate executive retreats to large-scale conventions, the Sand Key Resort is the ideal meeting
facility. With more than 24,000 square feet of meeting space plus a large variety of function space,
convention services include audio/visual meetings can also be held on the beach. Complete with tents,
beach props and themes, the Sheraton Sand Key offers unique settings like the Sand Key Fest, Catamaran
Grille or the Beach Bash for these special events. For the more formal, elegant experience, the resort
