Our pristine, intimate setting on Sand Key provides an amazing backdrop for your special day. Our beautifully landscaped grounds and 10 acres of private beach highlight the beauty that is Florida’s Gulf Coast. Our resort offers a variety of outdoor venues to make the most of this beauty, as well as indoor space for a more traditional ambiance.

Our function spaces are flexible in terms of style and setup, to provide you with the perfect venue for your special day.

Outdoor Space

Several venues can be utilized for ceremonies and/or receptions.

Wedding Lawn: Perfect for when you want to have an intimate affair outdoors with a beachside view, but the convenience of a semi-private lawn venue. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in this setting.

Beach Wedding: From a few guests at the water's edge to a large ceremony, our ten acres of private beach provide a spectacular setting for whatever ceremony you prefer.

Beach Reception: Our beach can be transformed to your very own private affair. We offer a variety of tent sizes to accommodate anywhere from 50 guests to 350 guests.

The Poolside Grass Area: We can accommodate between 20 - 200 guests on the poolside grass area. This space is a nice, attractive alternative to an indoor reception, but with a fantastic view.

Indoor Space

Grand Ballroom Wedding Receptions: For the more formal tastes we have several ballrooms to choose from that can accommodate from 50 to 350 guests.

Intimate Wedding Dinners: When you prefer a smaller, less formal wedding dinner, a great alternative is our signature dining room, Rusty’s Bistro. We can accommodate up to 40 guests with a dining experience that is one of a kind, and the best around!
