Rain/Outdoor Functions
Decisions on outdoor functions will be made by Resort management six hours prior to the start of the event. A forecast of 40% or better rain chance will determine indoor status. A set-up charge may be applicable if both outside and inside areas are used.
Poolside/Beach Functions
Tents 30' x 30' are available for beach functions. Tents will accommodate approximately 60 people at rounds of 8. Rental charges are $400.00 per tent, per function. Selections which are not on Poolside/Beach Menus will be $3.00 per person extra. Music is not allowed by local ordinance after 10 P.M.
Split Menus
For banquet functions with two entrees add $1.00 per person.
Special Service Fees
A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to group functions of less than 20 people.
Bartender Minimum
An additional $50.00 charge for the first two hours and $15.00 for each additional hour will be added if bar sales, excluding tax and tip, do not exceed $400.00 per three hours.
Weddings
A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required at the time of the booking. Balance is due 7 days prior to function. A cake cutting charge of $1.50 per person will apply. This charge will be waived if cake is replacement for dessert, without reduction of menu price.
Set-Up Charges/Room Change-overs
Functions that require changes in room set-up within an eight-hour period will be assessed a master bill charge of $100.00 per ballroom section to cover additional labor.
Electrical
There will be a service charge for additional electrical requirements other than wall outlets.
Centerpieces
Your conference services coordinator can assist you with center pieces, specialty linen, entertainment and other items to complete your event.
Ice Carvings
Custom ice carvings of your choice are available starting at $175.00 each.

OUR SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENT IS PLEASED TO ASSIST IN THE RECEIVING, SECURING AND DELIVERY OF GROUP MATERIAL AND PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS, THE SHIPPING OF SUCH ITEMS. WE WILL ACCEPT PACKAGES 3 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.
THE FOLLOWING HANDLING FEES FOR THESE SERVICES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
0 to 5 pounds - $ 5.00 FOR EACH PACKAGE RECEIVED
6 to 20 pounds - $10.00 FOR EACH PACKAGE RECEIVED
21 to 50 pounds - $15.00 FOR EACH PACKAGE RECEIVED
Over 50 pounds - $25.00 FOR EACH PACKAGE RECEIVED
Pallets - $100.00 EACH PALLET RECEIVED
ALL OUTBOUND PACKAGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 PER BOX HANDLING FEE, PLUS SHIPPING CHARGES IF USING THE HOTEL ACOOUNT. GUEST MAY USE THEIR OWN PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
NOTE: THE RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY C.O.D. SHIPMENTS
